And so I’m rather excited to tell you that FMTV are giving away free online screenings of their top four health movies this month!
Starting on the 20th Nov, they’ll be showing:

…one at a time, for your learnetainment pleasure :-)
In all seriousness I’ve learned SO much from these four movies. They’ve made a huge impact on my life, my health and my home.
