Take four weeks (January) to learn and practice how to vitalize your daily living. Find the secret of attaining to a higher level of the “Quality Life” in your living.
Upon the start and completion we will test your body’s blood and pH….If they test normal at the completion you will receive a $100.00 Goodwin’s Organic Foods & Drinks’ gift certificate as a reward.
The G.O. Health challenge will have four classes (60 min. each); the weekly class will have two sections educational (knowledge–how to eat and drink foods that make you healthy) and physical (exercise–10 minute workouts with re-bounders, the easy way and probably the most beneficial way to exercise your entire being). All ages are welcome to join the G.O. Health Challenge (from 5 to 100).
Every Wednesday (starting Jan. 7th) evening, 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Total cost per person $250.00 an additional $50.00 for the two organic food cooking classes
